Pre- and Post-Conference Activities
Participants attending EPICOH 2026 may wish to organize informal/formal activities before or after the official conference dates (lunch 24–lunch 27 August 2026). These activities are not part of the official EPICOH 2026 scientific or social programme and are arranged independently by participants.
Pre- and post-conference activities may include, for example, workshops, meetings, training sessions, site visits, or social gatherings initiated by research groups, networks, or institutions.
Important information
- All pre- and post-conference activities are organized on a self-initiative basis.
- EPICOH 2026 and the Local Organizing Committee will help by booking a room, but do not coordinate, or take responsibility for these activities. The organizer is fully responsible for the activity, including registration, communication, costs, logistics, and any related arrangements.
- Participants are encouraged to ensure that any independently organized activities do not conflict with the official EPICOH 2026 programme.
Deadline for proposals: 6 March, 2026
What to submit
Please include the following information:
- Title of the activity
- Short description (max 250 words)
- Date and time
- Request for room (size=number of seats, hybrid meeting, or only onsite)
- Name and contact details of the organizer
